Diveheart Assists in Surprise Shark Dive
Diveheart Founder and President Jim Elliott and Executive Director, Tinamarie Hernandez joined the cast of BYUtv Random Acts for the first episode of their 8th season. Motivational speaker, Nathan Ogden, is a quadriplegic, but that didn’t stop him from dreaming of the ocean.
The cast of Random Acts surprised Nathan with a shark dive in The Bahamas. Diveheart’s job was to get Nathan ready to dive safely using adaptive scuba equipment. They were joined by Shark Expert Cristina Zenato, who was dive trained by Jim Elliott many years ago. Diveheart is so grateful to have been included in this episode of Random Acts!
Full face masks from Ocean Reef, Inc made it possible for the cast and crew to communicate underwater.
